The entire experience was amazing. From the lady greeting us at the reception desk, who sanitized our equipment and helped us put it on. To Sanele, such a patient and helpful person. He gave us the tutorial in a way we could understand immediately, I was gliding in 2 minutes. Throughout the ride he was with us, checking if we comfortable and helping those who were scared. He captured some amazing pictures and videos for us, gave us a break to relax our legs and take even more pictures. We Were aware of what to do when, which way we going and cautioned at uphills, downhill and humps. Thank you to your great staff for this! - Zizipho
